We're Moving!!!!
This summer was filled with questions of what comes next. With Jaron's graduation right around the corner, we were anxious to find out what was the next step for us. July we drove out for a few interviews. We had 2 promising job offers to think about. August Jaron flew out for an additional, last minute interview in Grants Pass, OR. It was a quick trip, but long enough for Jaron to know what he wanted. We decided to take the job in Grants Pass, OR. We are very excited about the new adventure that lays ahead of us. We move Oct. 12!! We Feel blessed about this wonderful opportunity.

Darien Lake
On June 18,2010 We went to Darien Lake. I remember going here as a kid every year. My parents would get tickets through my dads work and we would come the first week of July. We would camp and have a blast! When we first moved out to New York, Jaron and I went with little Lily. I was pregnant so was really limited with what I could do. Jaron and I would wait in line together with Lily, and then I would wait with Lily while he rode the ride. So this year I was pretty excited to go as a family, not pregnant and with two little kids. We also had a lot of help with the kids since eight people from my side of the family went with us. Connor was really hesitant about the rides, but got the hang of it. He did super well with no nap all day and having to stay in the stroller for the majority of the day. He did take a little nap on Jaron while on the lazy river. Lily had a blast. She said that she wants to do it again. The only one she didnt like was the kiddie roller coaster. I loved it when I was younger. Grandma Doyle said she was terrified the whole time! She was so good about waiting with Grandma and Grandpa while mommy and daddy did some big rides. Over all, it was such a nice stress free day. The lines were super short, and the weather was gorgeous. It was so nice spending a day with family.
Busy Days!
Wow, it is seriously amazing how fast time really does fly. I remember as a little girl, it seemed like time didn't pass fast enough. Now as a mommy, it seems like I just cant stop time from flying by. Lily is my little miss independent. Or should i say BIG independent. She likes to tell everyone that she is BIG! She loves to be busy. I am proud of her lately because she has been so kind and helpful to her little brother. My favorite is when they hold each others hands while there in there car seats. I also love how they chase each other laughing and giggling. That is the best sound by far. Lily loves to be social. She has a new little friend Evelyn that she is always eager to play with. Lily is really excited to see all of her cousins this summer during our trip out west. Connor is growing every day as well. He wants to be just like Lily. Everything that she does he has to do as well. Except for swimming or bath time. He HATES anything to do with water. With a PASSION! Any ideas on how to help this please let me know! He SCREAMS when we try to give him a bath. It has been this way for a while now and I am ready for him to enjoy bath time once again! Connor is also in the stage of hitting. If he doesn't get his way WATCH out! He will hit you on the head or pull your hair. We are working on being soft and giving love. He is doing better. The funny thing with Connor lately is that he shakes his head NO for everything! No matter what question you ask him. He shakes his head no. So Jaron recently tried holding his head and moveing it up and down for yes. So know if you ask him a question he will hold his own head and move it up and down to say yes. LOL! It is hilarious to watch. These kids are busy and wear me out. But i love them dearly! They are so important to me! I love being a mom!
